Class Summary

Legs, Bums and Tums

Join the party with this energetic and upbeat aerobics class, a great workout designed to suit all fitness levels. We will lead you through an easy to follow routine, choreographed to music for a total body workout. Prepare to sweat and have fun! Great if your goal is weight loss or general fitness.

Body Conditioning

Body conditioning exercises target your whole body, using lots of different muscles to strengthen, shape, and tone your body. They may combine several types of exercise, such as flexibility, strength, and resistance training, guaranteed to hit those areas that other workouts miss.

Flow

Ideal for anyone and everyone, you can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

Zumba

An interval-style dance fitness class that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. Dance fitness classes aren’t just great for cardiovascular health, you’ll also tone your muscles and improve balance and flexibility.

Yoga

Yoga improves strength, balance and flexibility. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.

Pilates

Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength & breathing techniques. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being.

Cycle Fit

This is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting. Boost your cardio and stamina - Cycle Fit is an ideal way to train for long-distance endurance events as it gets your heart pumping steadily throughout the session. Builds muscular strength - pick up the pace and turn up the resistance to tone and strengthen your lower body.

Spin

Spin is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.

Lift & Tone

If you're looking for all round fitness, these classes will give you just that, using a blend of cardio, light weights and functional workouts.

Combat Fit

This cardio class is inspired by martial arts where you can punch, kick your way towards your fitness goals. Superb for burning fat, releasing stress and improving your co-ordination.

Fit Ball

Fitball combines high-intensity cardio with muscle and core conditioning! Participants utilize a fit ball, or exercise ball, to engage different muscle groups and get in shape quickly.
