Highly energetic cycling class with Coach by Colour/Power Training. Cycling with great beats from hard rock to chart hits.

Wednesday with Carly Jo
Move your body.  Clear your head.  Boost your mood. A fun, uplifting spin session designed to challenge you while keeping it inclusive and energizing.  No judgement, just great tunes, good vibes and a whole lot of sweat.

Wednesday & Saturday with Chrissy
Cycle fit is a high energy, workout on stationary bikes, focusing on cardiovascular fitness, lower body strength, and endurance through simulated hills, sprints with a chance to challenge yourself. With adjustable resistance for all fitness levels, making it a low impact yet intense calorie burning, full body conditioning exercise. Pedalling to motivating music, working at your own pace within the group for stress relief and muscle toning.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Combat Fit

Wednesday & Saturday with Chrissy
Combat Fit is a high energy, non-contact fitness class inspired by martial arts like karate, boxing, and Taekwondo, where you punch, kick and kata your way to fitness, releasing stress and burning calories without needing any prior experience. Led by Chrissy it is set to upbeat music, it’s a full body workout that improves cardio, co-ordination, agility and core strength through empowering, simple to follow moves, suitable for all fitness levels.

A fast-paced interval circuit using gym machines, weights and cardio equipment to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness

Introduction to Strength Training 

Tuesday & Thursday with Hayley
Introduction to Strength is a challenging, beginner-friendly class designed to build a strong foundation for lifelong training. While the name suggests an entry point, don’t be fooled – this class will push you in a supportive and empowering way. Each session focuses on fundamental strength movements that develop proper technique, stability, and confidence.  You’ll work through carefully selected, foundation-based exercises that translate to real strength and better movement overall. No two classes are ever the same, keeping workouts fresh, engaging, and adaptable to all levels. Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to refine your basics while still getting a solid workout, Introduction to Strength will help you move better, feel stronger, and build a base you can progress from.

Body Conditioning

Monday with Marie
Strength & Cardio Blend: Alternating between heavier strength work (using weights). Moving through a series of exercises to help build strength also added core mat work. Designed for all fitness levels

Lift & Tone

Thursday with Cindy
Lift & Tone is a full body strength and sculpting class designed to lift, shape and tone your muscles while improving overall strength and endurance.  Using controlled movements, light to moderate weights or bodyweight

Step & Tone

Friday with Chrissy
Step & Tone is a high energy fitness session combining step aerobics for cardio with strength training (using body weight or light weights) for full body toning, focusing on improving heart health, coordination, and muscle definition in a fun, adaptable, low-impact environment. Fun and energetic with easy-to-follow choreography and modifications to suit all fitness levels, making it great for beginners to advanced participants.

Total Toning

Wednesday with Carly Jo
A full body workout that does exactly what it says on the tin. We’ll tone, sculpt and strengthen from head to toe using a mix of weights, bodyweight and feel-good moves. Expect a fun, energetic class with great music, plenty of laughs, and that “worked but loved it” feeling by the end.

Pilates

Wednesday with Carly Jo
A low impact, full body workout focusing on strength, control and flexibility. This class targets your core while improving posture, balance and mobility through controlled, flowing movements. Suitable for all levels, with options given so you can work at your own pace. Expect to leave feeling stronger, more aligned and wonderfully refreshed.

Thursday with Hannah
Pilates strength flow – Delivers a sculpting and strengthening full body workout. Classes provide an effective low impact workout designed to leave you feeling energized strong and toned. Suitable for all levels. Movements to become stronger, build core strength, enhance flexibility and improve posture.

Yoga Flow

Monday with Marie
Find peace on the mat. Breathe, stretch, and flow in this Vinyasa-style class that builds heat, flexibility and mental calm. It’s designed for all fitness levels, focusing on creating harmony between mind and body rather than intense calorie burning, and includes elements like sun salutations, warrior poses, hip openers and Pilates core work.

Yoga

Monday with Bee
Varying yoga class Hatha, Vinyasa or Ashtanga style with strength flexibility and balance work and a relaxing finish.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga

Thursday & Sunday with Zara
With breath guiding movements, these classes are a blend of warming Vinyasa flows and core Hatha poses that are held for longer to build on alignment, strength and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

Tuesday with Katrin
An all-levels gentle evening class, low to the ground, listening inwards and exploring the natural range of movement. Improves mobility, flexibility, stability and strength while embracing the process of slowing down, moving with the breath and finding stillness in some deep relaxation.

Vinyasa Yoga

Sunday with Katrin
An all-Levels dynamic class, moving the body with the breath through a continuous flow. Bringing focus and balance to the practice to build strength and stability as well as improving bodily suppleness.
