The Warren Estate offers something very different from your usual business venue, a beautiful setting and lovely view!
We are conveniently located, just 4 miles from the A12, 15 minutes from Chelmsford railway station, and less than an hour journey time from Liverpool Street. Our facilities are fully equipped for any form of business conference or meeting, with use of screens and projectors all complementary. In our larger room we have a state of the art PA system with mobile microphones. Bookings are taken for breakfast, half day or full day meetings.
Our main function suite can be set for a conference up to a capacity of 150. Your guests will be welcomed with fresh coffee and delicious pastries, before taking their seats for the opening speakers.
If the event is all day lunch is served in our bar and lounge, and when the weather is fine guests can enjoy our lovely outside spaces.
Either function room can be used, but for smaller meetings The Oak Room is perfect. Whether set up workshop or board style, this private room is ideal for training days and team meetings.
Prices quoted are for exclusive use and set up of the conference room, plus complementary tea and coffee on arrival for all participants. All food requirements are additional.
From June 2019 we have eight brand new bedrooms opening adjacent to our conference venue. All are available to book now.
