I first got into fitness after losing over 7 stone and now have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry as a fully qualified personal trainer and gym manager.

I’m always pushing myself towards my next challenge and have a half iron man planned for next year. I specialise in running form, swimming and tri-athlon training and also excel at weight loss, strength training and toning.

Personal Trainer

I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 6 years experience. I specialise in strength & conditioning, hypertrophy and weight loss. I have a vast experience in health and fitness ranging from, rehabilitation (postural and injury based), coaching boot camps, training athletes & models and running self defence classes.

I enjoy the technical side of training and the anatomy and physiology behind it. I am always keeping on top of current training trends and fitness knowledge so that my clients can receive the best and most up to date service possible.
