I first got into fitness after losing over 7 stone and now have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry as a fully qualified personal trainer and gym manager.
I’m always pushing myself towards my next challenge and have a half iron man planned for next year. I specialise in running form, swimming and tri-athlon training and also excel at weight loss, strength training and toning.
